Cycle into Summer with Ealing Cycling Campaign

Last year we applied for and won a grant from TfL for some tools and "stuff", coupled with a cunning plan to attend school fairs and the like we set about fixing bikes, quite a few in fact. We met an MP, the mayor, ventured into Brenford for the Brentford Festival and ate a lot of home made cakes.

Spring had sprung and already four requests to get Doctor Bike out of his box and fix some bikes have come in, including a visit to a youth club.

Feel like you can help? We don't just need people who can do basic maintenance, a key role is people to talk about cycling in Ealing, get some contacts at the school and find out if many children cycle, if not why not? We also need suggestions for events we can attend - not just school fairs, but youth clubs too - or community events. Tells us and we shall see what we can do.
