Starting Out

Maybe you don't have a bike yet, or have one but have not ridden for a while. We at Ealing Cycling Campaign are here to help. We're working on a useful leaflet to answer all those nagging questions and allay those worries you might have. This page contains some useful pointers to help you start and the previous page gives guidance for novice cyclists. If you are in doubt about why to cycle click here for some health benefits alone.

In the first instance do email us at info@ealingcycling.co.uk with any questions you might have.

Cycle Training

The council offers free on-road cycle training for adults, children (9 years and over), and groups.

Training is aimed at beginners or anyone who lacks the confidence to ride in traffic, and is available to Ealing residents.

To book your free course, contact Cycle Training Ltd on Freephone 0800 093 6454.
